How do I order new glasses.

We can arrange for you to visit our frame showroom, we want to ensure you have our full attention so please call in advance.

If you are an existing customer we will have your last glasses prescription. If you are a new customer we will need to provide us with your last glasses prescription.

Call us on 01302 874433. If you are already a customer we can provide you will a link to order contact lenses yourself, or we can order them for.

If you are not a customer already we can make you one and then you can order from us.

I have a Contact Lens Problem, can I be seen?

I have an Eye Emergency, what do I do out of Practice Hours?

Depending on the severity of your Emergency these options are available to you.
