Appointment Triage

We would like to thank all of our wonderful customers for their loyalty and patience during this difficult time.

We hope that if you have visited any of our practices in the last 3 months you have felt safe from COVID risk.

We would like to continue with this and also ensure that we can continue to see eye emergencies.

Therefore, we may in line with guidelines, triage your appointment prior to you attending.

Following Triage it may still be necessary to see you face to face, but, we may be able to offer you different help.

For example you may not need an appointment to replace your child’s broken glasses, it may just be a case of choosing a new pair.
